Tofu is known as a substitute for meat. Not only is it healthy because of its good source of protein but it is also inexpensive. Now here's a recipe that has been one of my all time favorite. This recipe is inspired by a tofu dish from a Chinese Restaurant that I usually eat at.

Ingredients :
*1pack of Fresh Tofu
* Olive Oil
* A bulb of medium onion (sliced)
* 6pcs. of lime (squeezed)
*100mL. Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
Procedure :
* Slice Tofu as desired.(Some people usually slice tofu in cubes. But I like to slice mine as shown in the picture above.)
* In a pan, put an amount of oil that is enough for deep frying the tofu.
* Deep fry tofu until its golden brown.
* After deep frying tofu, place it in a small bowl .
* Add sliced Onions
*Then,add an amount of soy sauce ( DO NOT POUR IT ALL IN )
* Add an amount of squeezed lime juice ( DO NOT POUR IT ALL IN )
* Adjust the taste as desired. I like mine sour.
* Mix it all up !
* Place it in a plate !
* Enjoy!
